If you’re an introvert like me, you’ve probably struggled with self-love.
You know what it’s like to be your harshest judge.
You keep score of every miss and dismiss every hit as if it were a fluke.
Maybe you also have a habit of self-criticism. There’s a little voice in your head that says you’ll never be smart, successful, pretty, or perfect enough to deserve love—even from yourself.
I’ve known for a while that self-love is a major challenge for introverts…
But it really hit home recently when I sent an email to over 17,000 of my introvert email subscribers asking about their biggest self-love challenges.
Here are some of their responses:
I feel I don’t deserve good things…
Negative thoughts creep in when I spend too much time alone…
I get stuck in my head because of perfectionism…
I feel guilty about my way of socializing…
Childhood rejection makes me feel unworthy…
I keep score of everything I did wrong…
If you can relate to any or all of the above self-love struggles, trust me when I say that you’re not alone.
But that doesn’t mean you have to stay stuck in a pattern of self-shaming and low confidence. There is a better way.
I should know…
As an introvert myself who has spent the past 6 years helping introverts embrace who they are and build authentic confidence, I know what it takes to go from self-loathing to self-loving.
That's why I’ve created a 30-day blueprint to help you love yourself and move forward with confidence, even if you struggle with self-doubt and anxiety.
**You will receive your first lesson on the same day you join.
Week 1: The Self-Love Kickstart
The first week gives you everything you need to start your 30-day self-love journey. You’ll get day-by-day actions to take to make self-love natural and inevitable. You’ll also receive the 7-Step Self-Love Process that you can use instantly, even if you’re easily overwhelmed.
Week 2: Release Self-Love Blocks
There are many sneaky ways that you sabotage your confidence and self-love levels. This week I share step-by-steps to release and clear out your biggest self-love blocks, so your self-love naturally flourishes.
Week 3: Stepping Into a New You
It can be scary to embody a more self-loving version of you. Your monkey mind will try to pull you back down into familiar old habits of overthinking, self-criticism, and self-punishment. This week you’ll get a proven process to fully step into a more confident and self-loving you, even if you’ve tried before and failed.
Week 4: Sustainable Self-Love
This week we focus on creating an empowering environment for sustainable self-love. You’ll discover the 3 elements of your environment (beyond just your physical surroundings) that dramatically influence your ability to love yourself. You’ll get step-by-steps to clear out the poisonous clutter and create an environment and lifestyle that SUPPORTS, rather than sabotages, your self-love.
"I’ve just watched the self-love webinar. Self love is a constant battle with me. I’ve been through depression in my past and struggle with self esteem — a large part of that was not understanding myself. Finding you has helped me to question the negativity which took control. What you do really helps so thank you Michaela:)" - John G.
"I just wanted to send my praise for your self-love webinar today, the content was put together very well and delivered with finesse, as usual! You have a knack for presenting your ideas clearly and blending in personal stories to deliver a compelling and authentic message." - Phillip R.
I was down in the depths of despair, where prescriptions and therapy couldn’t reach me, let alone help me. But I made myself go through your course, and did all of the exercises in it. And the results have been nothing short of stunning! I feel so much better, sleep better, and think so much more positively now! I finally ended a toxic relationship (marriage), and am now dating more than I ever have before. I now believe that I am worthy of happiness and love, and nothing is going to hold me back anymore! - Mike G.
I hope you realize that your conclusions were beyond the grasp of no less than two counselors, both of which held a Ph.D in psychology and a few random social workers. You cracked the code I had been working on for decades. You helped me find myself at the ripe old age of 59, but as the old saying goes, better late than never I guess. Anyway, I don't know where you came from but thank god you're here. - Brian K.
"I just want to tell you that I’m in such a great state of mind right now. I got myself a new job as the head manager for a foundation in exactly the area I’d hoped for. There are 20 staff and 50 clients in 3 different departments in beautiful surroundings. I’m so happy for this dream work. I want to thank you once again, because I wouldn’t have been able to take the step without your coaching. You helped me open my eyes. I think You are a fantastic person, and I will never forget what you have done for me.” - Kecke Hele, Sweden
